Welcome to Elite’s Boutique. By booking a service or purchasing products from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services & Bookings

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Deposits secure your spot and will be applied toward your final balance.
• Clients must arrive on time. Arrivals later than [15 minutes] may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
• No-shows result in a forfeited deposit and may limit future bookings

2. Hair Products

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all hair extensions, bundles, and wigs are final sale.
• Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Digital Products

• All digital products (e-books, guides, vendor lists, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Products are delivered directly to the email provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct.

4. Payments

• We accept payments via [credit/debit card, PayPal,ZELLE etc.].
• All deposits and sales are final.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least [24–48 hours] prior to your appointment.
• Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment within 5 -7 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Elite’s Boutique is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or damage caused after services or product use.
• Results may vary depending on individual hair type, care, and maintenance.
