1. Deposits

  • All deposits for bookings, bundles, and wig-included hairstyles are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Deposits secure your appointment and/or product order and will be applied toward your final balance.

2. Hair Extensions, Bundles & Wigs

  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/sanitation reasons, all hair extensions, bundles, and wigs are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products once purchased.
  • Please ensure you review product details and ask any questions before purchasing.

3. Digital Products

  • All digital products (such as e-books, guides, and vendor lists) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Digital products are delivered directly to the email you provide at checkout. Please double-check your email address before purchase.

4. Services

  • Service payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
  • If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
  • No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may affect future bookings.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least [24–48 hours] before your appointment for your deposit to transfer to the new date.
  • Last-minute cancellations and reschedules may result in loss of deposit.


6. Order Issues
